Do you offer returns on digital publications?

No. All purchases are final and non-refundable. This is due to the fact that information is consumed as soon as it is purchased. So we do not provide any type of refunds or accept returns. I would like to review the magazines before I buy them. How do I do that?

Very easily. At the bottom of each product page is a complete digital preview of each product. This allows you to review every e-magazine in detail, before you purchase anything. I have placed an order but have not received it, what do I do?

Every order is reviewed manually by our customer services before dispatch. You do not make payment until the order has been reviewed and accepted by iPMI Magazine Digital. I am a student, do I get a discount?

On some products yes. On others no. The rule of thumb is any externally produced reports or magazines that may be available in store do not carry any discount, unless specified. All iPMI Magazine media produced in house benefits from 10% off for students. Please contact us for information. You will need to supply official student ID.

How do I buy a digital magazine?

First you need to register an account. Then you need to check your email to activate that account. Then login, then go to Store, and add any products to cart. At checkout simply fill in the required details. Once you have confirmed the purchase an account manager will contact you to process the payment with you personally via a secure online payment gateway. Payment may be made by a variety of debit and credit cards. Once payment has been processed a complete copy of the publication purchased will be made available to you in PDF format via a secure online download area.
